Our text messaging campaigns are made to keep subscribers informed about current offers, settlements, and related updates or modifications. The frequency of messages may vary but will not exceed 3 times per month.

SMS Opt-Out:
To opt-out, simply reply with STOP, and you will be promptly unsubscribed from Unique Finance Law's text messaging program with no further messages sent. Please note that carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and standard message and data rates may apply. Rest assured, mobile subscribers' phone numbers will NEVER be shared or sold to third parties. By engaging with the platform, you agree to adhere to these terms of use and the privacy policy.

Charges And Wireless Carriers:
Please note that message and data rates may apply. To understand the pricing plan for sending and receiving text messages on your phone, refer to your wireless carrier's service agreement or contact them directly. You acknowledge your responsibility for any incurred costs, including message, data, or subscription charges, associated with using the platform. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and various smaller regional carriers. However, please be aware that the platform may not be accessible on all wireless networks. Unique Finance Law reserves the right to include or exclude any wireless carrier from the platform without prior notice. Neither Unique Finance Law nor mobile carriers are responsible for any delays, delivery issues, or message errors.

Unsubscribing from the Service:

To cease receiving text messages from Unique Finance Law, simply text the word STOP in response to any messages you've received. This is the sole method for opting out. If the platform operates through a different number, send STOP to that number to opt out. Upon making your opt-out request, you may receive either a confirmation text or a request to specify which text message program your opt-out applies to (if you are subscribed to multiple programs). Please respond accordingly to finalize your opt-out. Please note that the text message platform may not recognize or respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command. By opting out, you acknowledge that Unique Finance Law and its service providers bear no responsibility for failing to honor such requests. Furthermore, if you unsubscribe from one text message program, you may still receive messages from Unique Finance Law through other programs until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. Even if you withdraw your consent or opt out of the platform, these terms of use will still be applicable.
